Woman Admits Drunk Driving

In Miami, Florida, authorities are currently investigating a wrong-way car crash that killed two women. According to officials, the driver allegedly tweeted that she was drunk hours before the deadly collision occurred on a busy South Florida highway.

The driver was traveling on the Sawgrass Expressway in the wrong direction when she hit another woman’s car on Sunday, November 17, 2013. The driver died on Thursday while her passenger passed away at the scene of the accident.

According to the driver’s Twitter page, she sent out a tweet that said, “2 drunk 2 care” just hours before the fatal accident. In the girl’s profile, she tweets several references to “breaking bongs” and “smoking blunts” while describing herself as a “pothead princess.” In November, she wrote several tweets including, “I really am so baked right now,” “can’t sleep without my bedtime blunt” and “2 high 2 care.”

The woman who the driver hit remains in the hospital in serious condition. Police report that the agency is aware of the driver’s tweets and is currently investigating the situation.
