Severe Complications Alleged Following Consumption

According to the Houston Chronicle report, the ex-Houston resident alleges that he first developed a strong headache after consuming one of the company’s offerings. He was reportedly diagnosed with a migraine and sent home after visiting an emergency room, where he then lost consciousness and was discovered some time later unresponsive and in severe distress. An ambulance transported him to the hospital where he reportedly experienced a temperature as high as 107 degrees and failed to regain consciousness until six days later.

Upon regaining consciousness, the man claims he was unable to speak, walk, swallow, or move many parts of his body. Allegedly unable to work due to hospital stays, brain damage, and long-term treatment, he claims he has lost more than $185,000 in lost wages while paying more than $400,000 in medical expenditures.

Injured Consumers May Be Entitled to Compensation
