Though refunds are not available for the product from Baby Matters LLC, consumers may be able to secure a refund if they purchased through one of a handful of online stores. Amazon.com, Buy Buy Baby, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, and Diapers.com all offered voluntary refunds as of December 2012 for people that bought a Nap Nanny from them.
