Zofran Linked to Cleft Palate?
Zofran, or Ondanestron, is a medication approved by the FDA as a treatment for nausea and vomiting in chemotherapy and surgery patients. As of March 2015, it was not approved as a treatment for morning sickness, although GSK allegedly promoted Zofran for that purpose and failed to disclose risks of birth defects.
