Centurion Medical Products is recalling Centurion Convenience Kits containing Multi-Med Single Lumen Catheters because excess material could remain at the tip of the catheter from the manufacturing process. The Centurion Multi-Med Catheter is used to sample blood and administer drugs or fluids. According to the recall notice issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, approximately 1,000 kits were distributed in the U.S. between May 23, 2016 and October 18, 2016.
